Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, especially when advice pours in from all sides. There are also expectations surrounding milestones e.g. for your baby to sleep through the night, walking by one, toilet trained at two, painting Van Gogh's The Starry Night by three... I'm joking but sometimes the pressure can be all too much. What works for your friends baby might not work for yours. Regardless of the advice, it is your baby, and in the end, you will raise your child the way that you think best. Knowledge is power and you can take little golden nuggets of everyone's advice and rely on the confidence that you are doing your best for your baby.
But what if you want professional advice around particular needs of your infant or toddler? That's where I come in! I can answer any questions you have regarding postnatal care, breastfeeding, starting solids, sleep, routines, development and so much more.
